ESAPOST – LUBUKLINGGAU – Pemerintah Kabupaten Musi Rawas menggelar Forum Konsultasi Publik untuk penyusunan Rencana Kerja Pemerintah Daerah (RKPD) Tahun 2026. Kegiatan ini berlangsung di Ruang Rapat Bina Praja (11/02/2025).
Forum tersebut dibuka oleh Bupati Musi Rawas Hj. Ratna Machmud yang mengatakan bahwa melalui kegiatan ini, dapat bersama-sama memberikan pemikiran tentang isu strategis dan tema pembangunan serta program prioritas sebagai bahan penyusunan rancangan RKPD Tahun 2026.
Dalam sambutannya, bupati menyampaikan bahwa forum ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan ide dan gagasan sebagai upaya untuk menghasilkan tema dan prioritas pembangunan dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan pembangunan di Kabupaten Musi Rawas yang akan dilaksanakan pada tahun 2026.
“Hal ini penting untuk kita lakukan agar tema pembangunan dan prioritas program pembangunan di Kabupaten Musi Rawas benar-benar efisien, efektif dan tepat sasaran sesuai dengan kondisi dan kebutuhan masyarakat dan selaras dengan dinamika kebijakan Pemerintah Pusat dan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan”, ujarnya.
Bupati menjelaskan ada beberapa isu strategis yang perlu diselesaikan dan mendapat prioritas dalam membangun Kabupaten Musi Rawas yaitu :
- Penurunan Kemiskinan;
- Peningkatan kualitas SDM yang sehat dan berdaya saing;
- Penguatan ekonomi masyarakat;
- Peningkatan kualitas dan pemerataan infrastruktur;
- Pengelolaan lingkungan, mitigasi dan penanganan bencana; dan
- Penguatan Reformasi Birokrasi.
Bupati menekankan, Kebijakan Pemerintah Pusat yang tertuang dalam Instruksi Presiden (Inpres) Nomor 1 Tahun 2025 terkait dengan kebijakan efisiensi anggaran merupakan upaya pemerintah menjaga “sustainability” (Keberlanjutan) APBN/APBD, meningkatkan kinerja pelayanan publik yang efisien, dan menjadi strategi dalam mencapai tujuan bernegara.
