Menyikapi laporan yang diajukan oleh korban melalui kuasa hukumnya Kemaren Laporan dengan Nomor Polisi LP : LP,B/267/XII/2024/polda SS/Polres Muratara, Yang di laporkan oleh Herdiansyah SH selaku kuasa Hukum Korban Deki Subari (25) kemaren. Telah di tangap cepat oleh Kapolres Muratara,Selasa (10/12/24)
Kapolres Musi Rawas Utara AKBP Koko Arianto Wardana, melalui Kasi Humas Polres Muratara,Ipda Didian Perkasa memberikan penjelasan mengenai perkembangan kasus tersebut pada hari ini.
Dijelaskan nya, laporan yang diajukan oleh korban/pelapor atas nama Deki Subari saat ini berada dalam tahap penanganan pihak kepolisian. Berikut perkembangan terbaru yang disampaikan oleh pihak Polres Muratara:
1.Penerimaan Laporan
Laporan resmi dari korban/pelapor diterima oleh Polres Muratara pada hari Jumat, 6 Desember 2024.
2.Klarifikasi Pelapor
Korban/pelapor telah dimintai keterangan dan dilakukan klarifikasi oleh pihak kepolisian sebagai bagian dari proses awal penanganan kasus.
3.Tahap Penyelidikan
Saat ini, laporan polisi dari korban/pelapor masih dalam tahap penyelidikan untuk mengumpulkan bukti dan fakta yang mendukung.
4. Pemberitahuan Perkembangan Kasus
Untuk perkembangan lebih lanjut mengenai laporan tersebut, pihak Polres Muratara akan menyampaikan informasi resmi kepada korban/pelapor melalui Surat Pemberitahuan Perkembangan Hasil Penyelidikan (SP2HP).
Kapolres Muratara menegaskan komitmennya dalam menuntaskan kasus ini sesuai dengan prosedur hukum yang berlaku. Ia juga mengimbau kepada semua pihak untuk memberikan waktu kepada pihak kepolisian agar dapat bekerja maksimal dalam menangani laporan tersebut.
Pihak kepolisian mengajak masyarakat untuk tetap tenang dan mendukung proses hukum yang tengah berlangsung.
